Mike Kendall

Founder and CEO

New Foundation's Founder and CEO Mike Kendall has over a decade of experience in the financial industry. As the General Agent of National Life Group in Seattle, he is leading the expansion of the Group's presence in the Seattle, Bellevue, and Portland markets. Mike helps inexperienced and seasoned financial professionals build successful personal practices through New Foundation's high-caliber resources and support, client-centric culture and focus on holistic financial planning. Mike believes in serving his client and community through comprehensive planning that never loses sight of each client's financial "big picture".

Mike has a strong track record of success both as a producer and field leader. He began his career in financial services at AXA Advisors in 2003 where he spent 10 years as a financial advisor and Divisional Vice President. From 2012 to 2018, Mike held executive leadership positions with two other world-class organizations – The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company and The Prudential Insurance Company of America – where he led 70+ advisors and staff, built a successful teaming model, led agency recruiting and development teams, and ran a successful personal practice.

Mike graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and holds a certificate as a retirement planning specialist from the Wharton School of Business. Mike holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations as well as life, health, and disability, and property casualty licenses.

When not serving his clients, Mike lives a very active life. Mike's hobbies include Snowboarding and Skiing, boating, wake surfing, golf, and other outdoor activities. Mike lives on the eastside with his girlfriend Sam and his children Lucy and Lukas.

Tracy Guglielmo

Office Manager

Tracy Guglielmo joined National Life Insurance Group in 2018 as the Office Manager of New Foundation.  Tracy oversees agent/adviser Licensing & Contracting, Compliance Coordination, Accounts Payable, and various other day to day Operational tasks.  She is the liaison of communication between the Home Office and our Field Office.

Tracy started her career in the insurance and financial industry at Chubb Sovereign Life Insurance Company. She quickly rose the ranks to the Supervisor of Customer Service and oversaw a team of Customer Service Representatives. In addition to working at a Home Office, Tracy has spent the past several years working at insurance and financial agencies.

Over her 15 plus years in the insurance and financial industry, Tracy has worked in Management, Human Resources, and Operations but always with a focus on Customer Service and client support. She believes in the values of providing excellent customer service.

In 2015, Tracy and her family relocated from California to Washington. Tracy is married with three children and resides in Bellevue. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, volunteering, spending time with her husband and watching her children in their activities.
